It is our aim to have, as many children competing in team events as possible and all our Juniors are encouraged to participate and represent the Club. We will endeavour, where possible, to have teams organised prior to attendance at carnivals. To achieve this, Age Managers will be requested to finalise proposed teams, within the appropriate time frame as nominated by that committee.
Teams to represent the Club at carnivals will be selected by Age Managers and coaches on the basis of results gained from a combination of results of championship days held, Club days, performance at recent previous carnivals and attendance and performance at Junior training sessions.
